Judging from the number of reponses I'd say that if you try it you'll
be our expert. The usual advice is that if you like the smell of the
smoke you'll like the flavour but with exotic woods come exotic risks.
Who knows if this stuff is poisonous? Why not stick to tried and true
smoke woods? Find out what hardwood is available locally from a
firewood supplier.
