Oh, but you just said, further up this thread, that the email making
the threat is private. So I guess it's catch-22??????

The mail *is* private. This does not impinge upon the fact that
threatening to withhold a service previously offered, is wrong and any
basic law student would easily deal with it. [Is there a warranty? is
my client eligible? if so deal with it. If not- Why not?].
