Re: I Heart Project Runway (Possible spoiler info)

I have been addicted to PR since the very beginning. Thank God Bravo
repeats the episodes so many times so I can catch up if I had to go on
a business trip somewhere.

I agree with the top three picks: Michael, Laura and Uli. However, I
think Alison should have been in the top three. I am still getting over
her exit. I do not understand how they could have sent her home -- her
design wasn't THAT bad. It showed creativity and was beautiful... the
only ugly part was the Mickey Mouse bow on the model's hair, but they
aren't supposed to be sent home for hair design. I was also offended
by everyone saying how FAT she made the model look. Please. This is a
supermodel, she did not look FAT. I felt they were searching
desperately for reasons to send her home, and I would have loved to see
her in the top 3, her designs are so fresh and creative. I mean,
really, does anyone really think Vincent deserves to be there over her?
I think mostly they feel sorry for Vincent because he burned out as a
designer years ago. The judges bend over backward to excuse his poor
designs. I like Vincent, he seems so nice, but that's not what the
show is about.

I agree Jeffrey's design on the Paris episode was just okay. It was
good, but he shouldn't have won. Michael's was far more creative and
fresh looking, and Laura's was breathtaking. It was a departure for
her -- softer than anything else she's done. Plus, it looked fabulous
after 6 hours on a plane. I think they just wanted to give Jeffrey a
win to justify his still being there. It is a TV show after all, they
can't just keep the nice people. That's why Robert was auf'd before
Jeffrey, even though Jeffrey's dress for Angela's mother was WAY worse
than Robert's, which was only boring, not horrifying.

I was sorry to see Angela go before Jeffrey. But her outfit WAS the
worst. I used to dislike her until she made that fab Audrey Hepburn
dress. I hope someone mass produces that dress and sells it, I want
it!

I also don't understand why Kayne was so criticized. His shirt wasn't
THAT bad, I could see alot of men wearing something like that. They
kept saying he had no taste -- maybe not for New York, but I think alot
of guys would love a shirt like that! I wonder if they're setting him
up to 'auf' him next. It's not fair.

Can't wait for the next episode!

Teresa
