We never received a reply to the email to fragrancenet; however, a
phone call revealed a very helpful customer service department. The
excuse was since this is an older perfume, it was possible that the
scent had changed over time. Makes sense. They are refunding our
money and I feel better about it.

In regards to your posts jjjjjuliep - you're assuming that I wrongly
accused someone; however, you're just assuming. I'm simply sharing
my experiences with a company - what are you doing? If you have
anything positive to share - and it appears you like fragancenet now,
then great. I'm sure people can learn from that.

not you, about wrongly accusing.

Glad to hear fragrancenet was helpful. I've ordered from them before
without incident, so I'm glad you cleared the air -- for their sake and
