They are beautiful shoes! We were looking for something casual and
settled on them but they really border on dress. I'm not surprised to
see that Zappo's classifies them as such.

We also bought a pair of dress shoes Rockport Bingham. Quickly I can't
find a link to them but they're an updated smoother version of a cap-toe
shoe without the fussy detail. Smooth and nice.

My husband bought a pair of black Eccos when we went to Spain last year.
He said they were the most comfortable shoes he has worn when travleing
and they could pass for dress shoes when we went out at night.

Yep! DH has little niggles here and there with his feet and insists on
being comfortable and somewhat stylish. These Eccos needed absolutely no
break-in period (I actually bought them a week ago!). He's thrilled and
they may be his shoe of choice for a while. Every time I see them, I'm
shocked at how nice they look! I'm really glad we found them.
