heading into LA to meet a jewelry designer who is also a good friend
and buy some jewelry as well as see lots of it in real life.
Met her at Fords Filling Station in Culver City. great little
restaurant .. great service but read the description of the item you
are ordering CAREFULLY.. my sandwich was heavy on the taste of the
sauce and no flavor of the meat coming through.
oh well

anyway wore Skinny jeans in dark wash from Red Engine , black maryjane
round toe pumps, a brown almost tie dye effect v neck ls top with a
hand studded French cross on the back done in pale pink swarovski
crystals. It's really pretty and unique. I chose it because the front
was fairly plain so that when I tried on jewelry it wouldn't be
overwhelmed by pattern..
Wore the same designers copper pearl pendent on satin ribbon.. macramed
copper pearls in a large diamond shape and then connected to the ribbon
as the chain.
really pretty and she forgot about that piece but now it's given her an
idea to revisit that design.. plus I wore her small dangling earrings
in orange, topaz and copper colored stones.. think waterfall earrings
but very tiny

I bought 3 pieces-- one of which she needs to make.. but the other 2 I
have and if you want to see photos, I will take some of the jewelry. I
have editorial shots of the items but they really don't do justice to
these pieces .. these are phenomenal..
she's in 80 stores across the country. Was featured in Vogue once..

and I have talked about her stuff a lot. I have several pieces.
