I mentioned finding two great shirts at Gottschalk's my last trip to "the city".

Since I'm trying to update my wardrobe, I decided to see if they came in colours and if I could buy several more.

After much getting shuttled around on the phone from people at the stores, I finally connected with a wonderfully helpful gal at Corporate Customer Service (name and email available on request) who found the shirts and described the colours. I ordered four!

It's so nice to find a company that cares enough to give service, and do so graciously.

It's a family owned business and I've known the former owners for many years. My neighbor is a Gottschalks VP in charge of woman's clothing. I think the president's wife and daughter have just joined my service group!

Please let them know how pleased I am with the friendly family style service.

I've finally found my ideal shirt - long enough and loose enough for our horrendous summers, and will probably order more after I see the ones I just ordered.

Sage, Cucumber, Melon and Water were my choices. I passed on black, Navy and an odd purple.


You must be so pleased to have lost and maintained your weight loss to now get a new wardrobe. The colors are perfect summer colors. Congrtulations.
