I wasn't impressed with the Thermal Polisher, possibly because my skin
is already used to more potent products.  I use L'Oreal
Microdermaberasion once or twice a week and Aveeno Skin Brightening
Scrub every morning.  At night I use Ultra Rejuvenex, which is
comparable to Perricone's Vitamin C Ester cream.

Of course, this doesn't mean Thermal Polisher won't work for you.  It
just isn't strong enough to do anything for me.
