I just moved out here and I've only tried one place that would be a bit
out of your way, but if you're willing to drive, Allison at Cosmos Day
Spa in Mesa gave me the best cut I've had in 10 years, and she
recommended a shampoo and conditioner for me to counter the shocking
dryness of my hair in this air... J Beverly Hills Everyday shampoo and
Rescue conditioner. Fixed me right up :)
Cosmos was recommended to me by several people with great hair, btw...
