I look good only in shorts that are really short - 3 in inseam.
Anything longer and my legs look stubby. Today I only own three pairs:
a 10-year old pair of khaki J crew shorts, a pair of grey sweatpant
shorts, and running/exercise shorts. I wear them only for boating and
exercising. Living in the city, there's just something gross to me
about plopping my bare legs down in public places.

Except jeans are awfully hot for summer weather. I prefer to wear
cotton skirts or skorts, cotton capris, or long flowy linen pants.
