To me, All Sales Final is means the transaction is the end of the
story. I guess lesson learned is that you should add No exchanges - No
refunds just to make sure dummy bidders get it.
If this guy writes best-selling books, do you know his name? If he
intends on 'naming names', perhaps he should be prepared to be outed as
a bully consumer. The customer isn't always right. He's probably just
blowing smoke anyway. If you've already exchanged negative feedback,
this transaction is done. Put him in your killfile and move on. Let him
get all worked up by not replying him.
I've been a buyer and seller on eBay for years. I know what All Sales
Final means, especally when I consider bidding on something. If
something doesn't fit, I just list it for myself and sell it -
sometimes I've even made money on items.
Chalk him up as a bully bidder and don't worry about it.
