MOM SAYS "WHO NEEDS TO BE ON A DISABILITY LEAVE?" AFTER TALKING TO ME
THIS MORNING: Yes, I am feeling quite well. Woke up about 8:30 after a
sneeze break about 4:00. Had a stack of mail, one of the items
required a stamp to the UNITED KINGDOM so I went to the Post Office
(used the automated postal center, no line there; big one inside).
Then, went to the grocery store and bought about six things. Called
Mom, they're expecting snow around Kansas City so she also made a
grocery store run. Went over for Mexican food (tortilla soup and a
stuffed pepper). I was bored and dropped by the apartment office for a
bit on the way back, they were having a slow day and probably enjoyed
the distraction too. I have to call the leave office at work. Their
system default is that they don't put you in for any pay even if you
have vacation or sick leave (IMHO, the most illogical option). Glad I
figured from my past leave experience that my pay may be delayed and
moved some money yesterday! For the day:
