It's highly unusual, and bad for the feet, wearing a pair of hosiery
makes it fit better.

I went out on a date with a girl who wore bare feet and legs
underneath her boots, and I was highly unimpressed. Suffice it to
say, her message on my voice mail remained unanswered!
