Re: Did anyone really pay full price?



Reminds me of the one time I braved the famous Barney's Warehouse Sale
in NYC. Everything was insanely overpriced despite being "marked down"
(hahahaha). I remember holding up what sounds like a similar shmatte,
this one from Donna Karan, that was reduced from $598 to $250. When I
spontaneously sputtered, "Don-na! It's only a SWEAT-ER!" a man
standing near me cracked up.

There truly must be a sucker born every day. How else to explain this
lunatic overpricing?
