Ben said in ANH that "the Force is an energy field". If that is true, then
everything, including that energy field, has been put in place by the
creator. Because God has given humans "free will" they can either accept
the fact that they are not God and conform their will to his, or they can
try to become Gods themselves which would result in a dark side.
