No. Dooku's lightsabre most likely went down with the ship. Palpatine had
his own lightsabre which was very different from Dooku's. It seems unlikely
that he would bother to retrieve it after losing it in his battle with Mace
and yet he has the same lightsabre later on when he fights Yoda. Presumably
he has more than one lightsabre of the same design just as Obi-Wan did in
TPM and AOTC and Anakin did in AOTC and ROTS.
