Not true. There were many blacks on the original Star Trek assigned
on the Enterprise.

I remember them...before that they were often seen on the streets of
Mayberry....r

Star Trek filmed a couple of episodes on the Mayberry set. You can
see Capt. Kirk pass "Floyd's Barber Shop."

And the still supplying Otis's Saturday-night sprees was hidden in a
Jeffries tube....r
