Thank you, Greg. Very interesting. I think Joaquin has the most
gorgeous eyes of any caveman I've ever seen. I also liked Roger's
complimentary comments on Dave. I got a lot from this, so thanks
again! Yep.

I assume you're referring to these comments:
"I think David Letterman is a genius. Night after night he is funny and smart. He seems to really enjoy his jokes. They seem connected to who he really is. I like watching him and there is no one better at turning an awkward moment into something very funny. I am a fan of David Letterman and have been for twenty years. I cant think of many performers, bands, films, political organizations, sports teams or family members I can say that about."
Nice. But it was actually Affleck who said that, in response to Ebert's question about whether or not Dave was in on the joke. The transcription mistakenly omitted Affleck's name there. I'm glad he said it, though, because the rest of the interview reeks of disingenuousness.
As for Mr. Gorgeous Eyes and this whole long, bloated and narcissistic production, including Ebert's obsequious interest given his prior disdain, it reminds me of a Shakespeare play--Much Ado About Nothing. And not in the good, Seinfeld/Larry David way either.
