OT: World's Silliest Commercial

I don't normally watch commercials at all. I record most programs on the DVR and watch later, and even if I watch something more or less live, I'll buffer it so that I can still skip ahead past the commercials. But tonight while I was watching a new episode of Monk, after skipping ahead through a block of commercials, I saw the last few seconds of a commercial that caught my eye, and I had to skip back and see the thing.

The commercial was so damn funny I could not stop laughing. At first I thought it was a joke, but I think they are actually serious.
