Kiki had the same suspicion--- the marriage was a spur-of-the-moment
thing, set in motion by Julia giving Dave the bidness a few days
before.
I guess I hadn't realized (or just forgotten) they've been together
for 23 years. We celebrate our 19th anniversary this year (assuming
George Clooney doesn't show up at the house one day and sweep Kiki off
her feet--- "Sorry, Tom... I love you and all, but it's freakin'
GEORGE CLOONEY, fer chrissakes!"), and we've known each other for 22
years.
Holy crap. I'm old.
