It was during the birth of my second child (the clavical impaired
one). I was in the last stages of labour and the doctor came into the
delivery room with trail of medical students, he took a look at the
dialation and told the group that I had really good mucous.

I was relieved to hear that my mucous was good.

I've heard there's good mucous down under.
