It's actually easier than that on a Mac. Go to the site in Safari and start
playing the video. Click on Window -> Activity and double click on the line
that's loading a big file. A download window will open and download that file to
your Downloads folder as a .flv file. You can convert the file with iSquint or
play it with the VLC Player.
Real Player 11 also has a video downloader. I haven't tried it yet.

Hmm -- I'm not persuaded that that's actually easier on a Mac. Just d/
l the app, open it, and it'll automatically capture most You Tube and
other online clips. And those it can't, SnapProzX will always do the
trick (thanks to the DDY).
