I worked hard on the survey to keep it as objective as possible.
It is just as important as any other opinions set forth in this newsgroup.
She just wants to invalidate my efforts by flaunting her scientific mumbo jumbo.
The poll is the result of 59 people's opinions on the Late Show,
and if she doesn't think it means anything, I really don't care.

You claimed that your poll was "hard data" as to the opinions of "the group" as a whole. It is no such thing. I have no problem with your little poll, but with your claim that it represents anything more than the opinions of the (self-selected) sample who filled it out.
