That's too much of a stretch for me. I don't know how much a hospital can
divulge under the rules of patient confidentiality, but we should be able to
find out who was admitted for the birth 4 months ago and the mother's name on
the baby's bracelet while he was in the NICU. Anybody that visited Gov. Palin in
the hospital after the birth would be proof that she's the mother.


But if it were an adoption, that info would be sealed.

Maybe...daughter to mother transfers have to be considered as adoptions
