In my experience either incisions and squeezing or, after
enough time has passed for the clot to liquefy sufficiently,
needle aspiration. Now really, I think that's enough of that,
we're making everyone sick.

Who the hell is Gustav? King Gustav of Sweden? Gustav Klimt?
Oh, wait... it's another serial-killer reference, isn't it?
