But, these are not campaign ads. They're not endorsed by a candidate. Bottom
line is, if Obama can prove what they say is not true, he should do that,
and skip the threats.
He's asked the Justice Department to investigate. That's not a threat.
His current stance makes him look like one who stands
for free speech, as long as your on his side.
Obama will be smart to not say anything but just watch Palin self-
destruct when asked about anything substantial.

Well, that remains to be seen. I don't think she will self destruct. Of
course, I could be wrong. Again, remember, Dan Quayle WAS VP...
Again, a far different environment from 1988:
Bush I = Reagan 3rd term: Good; McCain = Bush II 3rd term: Bad.
Bush I's health: not a concern; McCain's health: a concern.
Political demographics 1988: overwhelmingly favored the GOP with a
rising national conservative base; Political demographics 2008:
overwhelmingly favors the Democrats while the GOP contends with a
receding conservative base.
