I was just thinking the mike was too loud.  ;)

But seriously, he did great. And I am proud. And the mike was loud.
(Jon Stewert once told Jim his voice sounds like he ate Barry White and he's
living in his soul! )
I often wish my dad, Jim, was here to see him. My dad, who died in '82, was
known as the town's singing mailman. He worked for 38 years in the postal
service and starred in all the old time community theater productions in my
town. Finian's Rainbow, Annie Get Your Gun, etc. The stuff  Dake would
appreciate. In his youth, Dad also had a radio show on a Waterbury station,
where he would take requests and sing them. Obviously, he'd get a kick out
of the namesake grandson he never knew.

Congrats to the Boy. He seems like a great kid.
