This is so true. When I went to Disney with the family, I was sitting
on a bench, watching a rain storm fall right in front of me, but not
where I was sitting. 20-30 feet in front of me, people getting
soaked. I couldn't believe it myself. Where I was, it was dry and
not a drop of rain hitting the area. Weird weather is right.
