Helen, speaking of lousy special effects, Helen Gurley Brown was
hysterical when she first saw the shark up close. She thought it was a
riot. Btw, the "shark" was named Bruce, and her husband was the
producer of JAWS, David Brown. I liked the movie for the very good
acting, and I'm stunned and very sad to hear that Roy Sheider is no
more. May he R.I.P. (I hope he enjoyed lots of laughs over the shark
during production of JAWS. I'm sure they all did.) It was, in person,
very unthreatening, to say the least.

The same could not be said of Robert Shaw....r
