Here's my question -- how does a highway have traffic lights?
It's a 4-lane highway. (I was near Crescent Springs Village!) Unlike the intestate, there are no exit ramps or overpasses. So in-between towns, there are *some* traffic lights, but not many. In the urban areas through which this highway passes, there are as many traffic lights as you might expect to encounter on any typical city street/avenue.
