NBC Reportedly Won't Boot Leno In 2009

With Leno still getting the ratings, it would be hard to see NBC
intentionally let him go.
The real fun is seeing if Leno starts secretly maneuvering to screw
another guy out of the TS gig. I kinda hope he does, because I'd image
Dave would have a great fun observing the whole thing from afar this
time. Reckon he'd get great mileage out of it.

Jay Leno Might Not Leave

According to sources from The National Enquirer, NBC has allegedly
changed their minds and Conan O'Brien will not replacing Jay Leno on
The Tonight Show as orignally planned.

The sources also say that apparently Jay makes the network a lot of
money and they want him to stay. Insiders also say they are trying to
get Jon Stewart in his place if Conan decides to leave after this.

Nooo. I hope this is not true! Conan is funny. He would be a good
replacement for Jay. Jon Stewart is not. I'd still hit it, no doubt,
but I don't want to laugh at him.
