Hi, I'm working on a small "mock-umentary" here in Los Angeles, and
part of our project involves news clips of world leaders looking silly.

The Letterman camp seems to have an uncanny knack for finding great
bits - stutters, blown lines, etc.

Is there anyone out there in Dave-Fan-Land that could help me with
dates (and possibly locations) of the speeches/appearances used in the
various Bush bits?

I'd really appreciate it. And anyone who helps out might get their name
in the credits!...

Thanks in advance! Feel free to contact me off the group, as I don't
get here very often.

Just watch Bush anytime he's not reading word-for-word from a script and
you'll have more material than you'd ever be able to use.

Also a book titled "The George W. Bush Out of Office Countdown Handbook"
is full of the stupid shit he's uttered in recent years along with
attributions for each quote.
Aw, now, Randwill...you're not paying attention. He said to contact him
off-list, as he doesn't get here very often.

I hate that. Like we're only good enough when somebody needs something.

He also said "thanks in advance" which means you could provide what he wants
and you'd never hear from him again. I hate that. But I've also wondered
where those clips come from. Other shows show them too. Sometimes he's
sitting on a stool while people tell him how they started a fly swatter
factory or something.
