It's all true, and she was a great present (she's quite a cool 'chick'). Alba has been in my class a few times, this time she brought a crew to film a segment for ET. We get quite a few celebs at the studio. Seems as though female Hollywood celebs like the hot yoga. And when they're in town, they come to the studio. I do hope it hasn't aired, I'd love to see it.
