oh yeah! I'd just like to add that I posted a similar comment over in the
Paul Simon newsgroup, and one of the other music freaks there agreed, saying
that the sound on the Late Show is "head and shoulders above" anything else
on TV.

jumped out at me what a damn fine job them Late Show audio techs do, not
just with the frontline "musical legend" guest, but every damn day!
WAAAAAYYYY better than the sound on that other show, where, believe it or
not, they now use heavy audio compression on their DIGITAL broadcast!!
