The humiliation of Leno on Regis!

Would Letterman have allowed himself to being interviewed by Geraldo?!!
Did anyone see Leno on "Live with Regis and Kelly Lee"? I actually felt
sorry for him. He is the reigning king of late night and the successor
of Johnny Carson and he had to be subjected to being interviewed by not
only a guest host but by Geraldo! He seemed very uncomfortable and even
seemed kind of annoyed when Kelly interrupted with a lame joke. When
they went to commercial he just sat there looking confused. He was
welcomed by the audience and treated by the hosts about as well as a
soap opera actor. Would Carson have lowered himself to this indignity? I
think not.
