I don't think so. I should have anticipated this problem, as most normal people (as opposed to *me*) will probably not want to go to the trouble of typing out the search terms. D'oh.
Actually, Google keeps track of your searches automatically, under certain conditions. You must have a Google account (anybody who posts to AFL via Google Groups, or who uses Gmail, owns a Google account) and you must be signed into that account for the automatic tracking to occur. Go to the Google home page when signed in, and click Search History.
Yahoo! provides a less automated and more powerful system of saving and tagging search results, at My Web 2.0.
