All the Democrats have done is increased unemployment and gas prices.

to me sounds like worse than more of the same.

It seems that NAFTA was a bad idea but you know big business is happy.
I don't know how high gas prices can be blamed on the Democrats

No. Increased demand and ungrowing supply of oil is responsible for some
of the price increase here (and more of it overseas), but increased supply
with constant or decreasing demand for the dollar means it's worth less
than it was.

Increasing the supply of oil *might* offset that effect somewhat, but it
can't reverse it.



I suggest it's worth a try. The mere mention of it dropped the price of a
barrel of oil about ten bucks.
