LOL, has to burn him that Dobson got in...

I find it hard to believe that Hoo Hoo is not in. I'm not a fan
anymore, but for him not to be in is ridiculous.

That HOF is a joke and has no credibility as far as I'm concerned.

Dahl and Stern are the only 2 names I recognized. Have guys like
Limbaugh, Imus, Vince Scelsa and Bob Grant been inducted yet?

Seems like they are only inducting radio guys who petition for their
own induction or are willing to show up and make a speech.

Dahl did campaign for the hall of fame but he has few listeners that
it
didn't help! Stern said he could have gotten in if he asked his fans
to
vote for him, but maybe he knows he's only talking to 1 million or
less
so it might be egg on his face if he did campaign and didn't get it?

Here's a list:

I think I've heard of about 10 guys on the list, seems like most of
them were in radio before my parents were born. They haven't gotten to
the old WNEW guys yet. Maybe when I turn 80 those guys will start
getting nominated.

I check out Olde Tyme radio on XM once in awhile, some of the stories
still hold up and they can keep the kids interested for a while in the
car. The superhero shows are like reading a comic book. I can't
imagine waiting to sit around the radio and listen to them though,
might explain why my grandparents had so many kids and drank so much.

Easy for us to say since we grew up with TV. My parents didn't,
though, and they said they loved listening to the radio shows when
they were kids.

Hell, I still love listening to radio shows.
