Called pre-sale. Hardly anyone reads books anymore and it doesn't take
much to get a book to move up the list. If this book is as good as
"It's
The Whiskey Talking" stand up that I saw it will be in the toliet with
Fatties other stellar projects!

No idea. I did go to amazon.com and it's not in the top 100 so I don't
know how you find out where it is on the list, as if amazon.com the end
all be all of anything!
