If the "one" is you, then I guess you're correct.

Anyway, if it's not related to population density, why do YOU think NY
has a 26% infection rate compared to 19% overall? There are so many
demographics that differ bt NY and other places, especially rural
areas. Any thoughts? Age? Percent of population that's sexually
active?
