Starting to get that feeling too. What I read that was a little upsetting
is that the merger could be taking this long to prepare a case for court on
why it shouldn't go through as Sears will sue so the gobment is getting
ready to defend it's position. That will put both stocks in a sprial if
true.

Everyday the merger doesn't happen is a day closer to bankruptcy for SIRI and XM.

I think if it was gonna happen it would have been approved already. This merger is obviously not just a rubber stamp everyone thought it would be. Where there's smoke there is fire.

Also, if the merger does happen SIRI is going to have close $5 BILLION shares outstanding. That is MAJOR dillution. At 4 bucks a share that would give SIRI a market cap of $20 BILLION, for a company that hasn't, and will most likley NEVER make a dime.
