is a failure. Getting $100 million a year plus about $300 million in
bonuses for taking the most highly rated radio show of all time and
putting it on satellite is not.

What was stern's audience before he went to sirius? What is his
current audience? Now divide the current by the former and you get a
number. Now subtract that number from 1 and that is the percentage of
his audience that he lost in his move.

So he got paid. That makes his personal life a success. But the large
percentage of his audience deciding to not listen to him any more
means he is failing in his professional life.
