I listen to Sirius (Howard) on my PC during the day.

I have to prove activity (click or move the mouse) every 60 - 90
minutes.

Does anyone have a software solution that tells the PC that it is
active - maybe every 50 minutes?

I know about DOS and *.bat files, so this would be a prefered
solution. In any other case, please provided detailed instruction on
how to setup your proposed solution and execute it.

Thanks in advance for you help.

Create a scheduled task that pops iexplore.exe or winword.exe, etc every 10
minutes.
you can just go into scheduled tasks and be all setup in a few mins.

I setup a script that "Pops" the browser, but how do I get it to
"Unpop".

Now I have a task that looks hung.

What is the programming details of the script and the scheduled task
settings to make this work?

Thanks for your help, and thanks for all the other folks this solution
will help.
