I don't know anyone that beat a speeding ticket in Joisy.

Most municipal courts will drop a 2-point ticket down to the
no-point "unsafe driving", or a 4-point down to a 2-point, as long
as it's within reason.

If it's not - like my recent 92 in a 55 - you need a lawyer who's
friendly with the local prosecutor. It's a racket, but $400 beats
the insurance points and risk of license loss.

Most of my speeding is in that range, so 67 in a 55 was like a
warning...

Where you on your cell phone?

No, I was driving to work.

I hardly ever talk on my cel phone when I'm driving, but I do fire
up mp3s from time to time. Is that bad?

Nope. I got no problem with music and driving. Or talking with a
passenger.

I gots problems with retards that can't drive as it is but insist on
driving with one hand on the wheel and one on the phone, happy as a
clam, changing lanes without signaling, oblivious to everyone else on
the road.

Now I hear these same retards actually text while driving. That scares
the shit out of me.

The first town in America officially outlawed it last week. I forgot
where it was.

The fact that you have to pass a law against it scares the shit out of
me.

Text messaging is to typing as ebonics is to English...
