I tried TomatoVine for a few months and they were unable to port my
number from AT&T to their service. I cancelled my account with
Tomatovine and went back to using my AT&T however 2 months later (note
I wasn't a customer of tomatovine) Tomatovine SNAPPED my phone number
away from me and its be gone for 2 weeks. Ive called and emailed and
haven't heard from them. AT&T is trying to SNAP the number back for
me but says they are waiting for a signature from Tomatovine. I want
to keep the same number because I sent out alot of resumes.

I'm having my lawyer send them a letter to see what will happen and I
will also be submitting a formal complaint with the FCC.

Just out of interest... The FCC being the comms committee, this doesn't
include
telephony. Is it because it was advertised on radio you are getting them
involved?
Is FCC a buzzword for anything radio related??

You might want to contact your state Public Utilities Commission.
