They told him not to say "Sirius" on the air and there are PLENTY of
times when he said it. They also suspended him for a day just to set
the precedent that they were taking action to stop him and to show him
that it was for real. But Howard kept going. Should they have put
tape over his mouth or continually dumped out of his show ? He knew
the rules and he broke the rules. His only defense is "they told me I
could do it and put me on Letterman." Good luck.
