You, in particular, are a perfect case study of the juvenile mentality of
this group. Rather than attempting to form a thoughtful retort, you resort
to, "I know you are but what am I." You would like to be perceived as
someone who has a carefree wit, and indeed your responses take on a
Cyrano-esque arrogant tone that is quite undeserved considering the
substance contained within. You would be incapable of an actual conversation
or debate that analyzed your motives in this group, without resorting to
your juvenile tactics. But I guess that's all a part of the newsgroup
persona you believe everyone perceives you as having. But believe me, nobody
other than your fanatical cohorts believes you are anything more than the
lowly over-the-hill clerk you are, stewing in some warehouse office
somewhere, long forgotten by your company and the world. But at least you
have this NG, where ten or so extremely loud mouthed people think you are
the HNIC.
