Well, possibly now that you put the idea in our heads. But in and of
itself, there's nothing gay or inappropriate about the scene. You're
reading too much into it after the fact.

You said, when you started this thread, that your memory wasn't 100%
and that you might be wrong. You acted like you wanted honest
feedback. I took you at your word.
And initially, even though I hadn't seen any of what you saw myself, I
did seriously consider the possibility that the filmmakers could have
been that stupid (no fault of yours if they were), although I did make
it clear that I thought that would be extremely stupid of them (again,
no fault of yours.)
But at this point I have seen the film four times. Twice before
reading this thread. Twice afterwards or "now that you put the idea
into our heads" as Toon said, or "with a dirty mind" as I paraphrased
it. If you took that as a crack against you, that was not how it was
meant. I was just describing my own mindset during the latter movie-
watchings.
I am not at all sorry for disagreeing with you. But if I expressed
myself in a way that came across as nasty or personal, I am sorry.
That's really not what I was trying to do.
Whether you accept my apology or not, do me a favor. Next time you
get angry about something I say, could you please respond directly to
the post that pissed you off and insult me directly in such a way as I
understand that I am being insulted and why I am being insulted?
Please do not take it to another thread where I have done absolutely
nothing to you and accidentally insult an innocent third person by
accident! That's not right.
