How so?

We only know that they have a home with no more than four bedrooms.
Harry/Ginny's room,James's room,Albus Severus's room,and Lily's room
leaving no others for Teddy.

The GH hideout cottage I think was clearly smaller than that,
while Etruria Manor (my name for the inherited Potter home
where I believe they lived) might have those four bedrooms
and no rooms easily convertible to bedrooms.
