IMO that house has enough room for a large family. It is a 3 store
house, with lot of large rooms (you can put hypogrif in one) and a
basement with a large kitchen.

I don't think so. Grimmauld Place always depressed Harry. In any case,
he wealthy enough that it's safe to say that he would probably have
bought a place for himself after marriage.
